1. Introduction

Welcome to My Local Business. These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern your access to and use of our B2B lead generation services. By engaging with our services, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

2. Services Provided

Provision of verified business leads relevant to your industry/product line.
Access to detailed contact information of potential B2B buyers, distributors, or partners.
Optional lead qualification or follow-up services (if applicable).

3. Lead Verification

All leads are verified through methods such as manual verification, phone/email confirmation, and business validation.
Verification ensures the lead is a genuine business entity with intent relevant to your offering.
However, we do not guarantee that you will get business, orders, or revenue from the leads shared.
We are not responsible for any losses, fraud, or damages arising from your interaction with the leads.

4. Payment Terms

Fees are based on a per-lead / subscription / package basis.
Payment must be made in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing.
No refunds are offered once leads are delivered unless there is a clear error (e.g., duplicate or invalid leads).

5. Client Obligations

Use the leads only for your own business development purposes.
Not resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the lead data without prior written permission.
Respect the privacy and contact preferences of the leads provided.

6. Data Use & Privacy

All lead data is handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws (e.g., GDPR, Indian IT Act, etc.).
You agree to treat all received data confidentially and not use it in violation of any law or regulation.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

We do not guarantee any specific business outcome, conversion, or revenue from the leads provided.
We are not responsible for any business loss, financial loss, or fraud that may occur due to your dealings with the leads.
All services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the leads in question.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including but not limited to business loss, fraud, or reputational harm resulting from the use of our leads or services.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with 15 days’ written notice.
Upon termination, unused credits (if any) will not be refunded unless otherwise agreed.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Noida, Uttar Pradesh.

11. Modifications

We may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version. Continued use of our services after changes implies acceptance of the new terms.
